We strive for dull.

Wildfire risks are shrinking the Colorado insurance market. We want to end the drama. Let's return insurance to its rightful place: a quiet, reliable dullard in your life.

From Risk to Coverage

HOW IT WORKS

Assess

Reduce

Insure

Understand how wildfire risk is measured—and how insurers see your property.

Focus mitigation efforts on the items that materially impact underwriting and pricing.

Find coverage through our broker network, including specialty markets focused on high-risk.

Most clients begin with a wildfire risk assessment. It provides a clear picture of current risk and helps determine the most effective next steps.

Start with an Assessment

Defensive Space & Home Hardening

Wildfire risk isn’t solved by a single fix—it’s reduced through thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and proven mitigation practices. We help homeowners turn their property into a hard target against wildfire while preserving the look and feel of mountain living.

Here’s how we help:

• Manage the entire process from planning through completion.

• Connect you with trusted contractors for defensible space, vegetation management, and home hardening projects.

• Focus on outcomes that matter to insurers, without sacrificing aesthetics or livability.

Specialty Insurance Solutions

Through our broker network and specialty market access, we connect Colorado homeowners and businesses with the right coverage — whether that's a standard carrier or a program built specifically for higher-risk properties.

Here’s how we help:

• Broker network placements when traditional coverage makes sense for your home and family.

• Specialty programs and high-risk markets when it doesn't — whether you've been declined, received an uncompetitive quote, or need more than the Colorado FAIR Plan can offer.

Beyond homeowners insurance, we connect clients to auto, personal umbrella, flood, earthquake, landslide, and select commercial coverage — including home-based businesses and secondary properties — making it simple to coordinate protection across all your policies.

Wildfire Risk Transparency

Effective July 2026 insurers are required to make wildfire risk scoring transparent and recognize mitigation efforts in pricing. The law may not make insurance affordable, but it could help make it rational.

Assessment & Certification (A Critical Step)

We believe mitigation work carries more weight when it’s independently validated. Third‑party assessments and certifications—performed by trusted Colorado nonprofit and municipal organizations—document wildfire risk and verify completed mitigation work. These assessments play an increasingly important role in insurance underwriting, pricing, and appeals.

We help homeowners understand when and how to pursue assessments, and ensure mitigation efforts align with the standards insurers recognize—but certification itself remains independent and objective. Get your assessment now from one of several non-profit organizations serving the community.  Learn more.

Confidence in Coverage. Strength Against Wildfire. Boring as Hell.

The Colorado mountain market is in crisis, but your property protection shouldn't be. We combine wildfire hardening with reliable coverage to restore peace of mind to home ownership.
